Terms

 

General
Before ordering any products from our store, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By ordering any products you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You agree that Clearly Interiors reserve the right; at any time to alter, modify and update these terms. If you do not agree, you may not purchase products from ourselves. All advertisements in store are used for the sole purpose of exaggerating to our customers the service we provide. All specifications given to customers are approximates and intended as a guide. We have made every effort to ensure all information is accurate and of customer interest.

Orders
All customers are free to browse our store at their leisure. Please note that all customers must abide by the latest government advice in regard to Covid-19. Ask a member of staff for help or arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements with one of the team (this is strictly by appointment only). After placing any order, you will receive an order confirmation. If there are any issues with product availability when ordering, a member of staff will discuss this with you. Please note, the contract between us and customers is not formed until the orders are dispatched. Clearly Interiors reserve the right at any time before dispatch to refuse or cancel any orders if we require to do so. If goods are priced in error, Clearly Interiors are not bound to honour them. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 7 days of ordering by contacting us.

Delivery/Collection
When goods arrive to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange collection. We will only deliver goods to an address that has been previously agreed, in which case charges will apply. If we deliver your goods, you must make sure someone is there to accept with a signature, you must check for damages, shortages and incorrect items before signing. We accept no responsibility after 24 hours from signed time. Please make sure there is someone present on the delivery date as we supply one delivery driver therefore customers will be expected to help unload if necessary. If we are unable to make arranged delivery date, we will contact you and re arrange.

Returns
ALL bespoke items are non-returnable (you will be notified when ordering). You have only 7 days to return unwanted items. It is your responsibility to return items, they must be in a 100% unused resalable condition with no writing on the box. Please contact us via telephone before returning goods. All refunds will be processed within 28 days.

Damages to products
If your products are being delivered by us, you must check at the time of delivery for any damages, shortages or errors, the same applies before leaving store with your products. You have up to 72 hours after time of delivery to report damage. We do not accept responsibility of goods after this time. If you believe your item is faulty after installation, you must contact us and fill out a returns form giving detailed description of the fault. This will get sent to the manufacturer and run a test, if the product comes back fine, you will be denied a refund and the item will be re delivered to you. All goods supplied by Clearly Interiors come with a 12 month retailers guarantee. Additional stated guarantees are provided by the manufacturer, therefore you must contact them direct.
All products ordered for the UK or EU will incur a 20% VAT charge.

Payments
When paying for orders, you must pay a 50% deposit before the order can be placed. The remainder must be paid before any goods can leave the warehouse. All transactions are processed through leading company First Data. Payment details are solely processed by First Data and not known or stored to Clearly Interiors. First Data achieved the highest level in security under the payment cards industry (PCI) and adheres to the most stringent of fraud screening ensuring customer details are kept secure during the transaction process.

Clearly Interiors reserve the right to withdraw any products from our showroom. Refusal of service to anyone is done so at our sole discretion. To be eligible to purchase products and lawfully form contracts under the English law you must:

  • Provide correct name, number, email and any other required information.
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Provide a registered address in the UK (Po box’s, hotels and accommodation is not accepted)
  • Posses a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank accepted by us

By buying products from us, you authorize us to transmit information from third parties from time to time. Including, but not limited to your debit/credit card number, credit reports, authorise your identity and authorise purchase transactions.
